Return Period
If you are a consumer booking our services online, you may have a right to cancel your contract within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This period usually runs from the date of conclusion of the service contract. However, where you ask us to start providing services during this period, you may be required to pay for the services already provided if you later cancel.

At xelvarynghak, we are committed to providing high-quality eco-friendly cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion to discuss your concerns.
Return Conditions
Any request for cancellation or return of services is subject to the following conditions:
- You must contact us within the applicable timeframes set out in this Return Policy
- You must provide sufficient details of your booking and the issues you have experienced
- We must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, rectify the service
Service Re-Do Policy
If any area of the property does not meet our agreed cleaning standards, we will return to address the specific concerns at no additional charge. This must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, and we will schedule a return visit within 48 hours when possible.
Return Shipping Costs
Our services relate primarily to on-site cleaning rather than the sale of physical goods. If, in limited cases, products are supplied and need to be returned, you may be responsible for the reasonable cost of returning such items to us unless we have agreed otherwise or the products are faulty or misdescribed.
Cancellation Policy
Service cancellations should be made with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that circumstances may change, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Return Process
To request a cancellation, re-do of service, or refund, please contact us using the details below with your service date, property address, and a clear description of your concerns. We will review your request and confirm the next steps, which may include a re-visit, partial refund, or other appropriate remedy.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that have not been completed or in exceptional circumstances. Refund requests must be made in writing and will be reviewed within 5 business days. Partial refunds may be offered for partially completed services.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain services and items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Services that have been fully performed with your prior express request and acknowledgement that the right to cancel is lost once the service is completed
- Services provided outside the agreed scope where you have requested additional work and it has been completed
- Any perishable or consumable products that have been used or cannot reasonably be reused
Limitations
Our return policy applies to cleaning services provided by xelvarynghak. It does not cover:
- Damage to property that existed before our service
- Issues arising from property conditions beyond our control
- Services requested beyond the original agreed scope
- Complaints reported more than 48 hours after service completion
Consumer Rights under UK Law
Nothing in this Return Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These laws may entitle you to certain remedies where services are not provided with reasonable care and skill or do not match their description.
Refund Procedure
Where a refund is agreed, we will process it using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. We will aim to process approved refunds within a reasonable period after agreement, taking into account any administrative or payment processing times.
Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
If we supply any products together with our services and those products are faulty or do not match their description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if you believe products supplied are faulty or misdescribed.
